Right now they are processing up to December 24, 2017 (I just looked at the USCIS website)

In a few days, they will update the date again (to December 26, 30, etc). When that update happens call USCIS and tell them you are outside processing times (submitting it online will not get you the response you want......And it may take weeks to get back to you)

Best of luck.

I agree. The date of December 24, 2017 is where they are at now. Yes some filed after that get approved but very few.

You can call once you are outside of normal processing times. Additionally, make sure you check the new site for your case and not the old. Some people see their approvals on the new site faster than the old.

I agree with @EmmNM check the new site. In addition......check your mailbox. My account through USCIS still says my “I129f case was received February 2, 2017”. I was only notified through snail mail.

Hi Guys

I called USCIS. They guy told me since you are 1 day after normal processing time, he will do a special request for me. He said in the coming 15 days you will receive a mail. He said you might also get the approval or an explanation why it is still pending

Hi @Charlie.k  My NOA1 date is also December 26,2017 and I also still haven't got my NOA2.  Congratulations to you on getting your NOA2. I also called USCIS and placed a request - they gave the same answer to me, my Fiance also contacted the MA State Senator and they sent a inquiry on our behalf and got the standard response too wait 30-45 days :(

I hope you get it very soon

Ok you call again after one week of the request. This is what I did. When they answer you tell him/her I want to speak with a tier 2 officer. When she transfers you tell Complaine nicely to the officer and tell her why I have to wait this long... I am so under pressure bla bla..this is what I exactly did and the next day I got the approval. When I complained the officer told me to hold on and then after a minute she said as we speak your case is being looked at by an officer...hopefuly you will get it soon.call them again.
