Form 130 part4 46.d.

Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on Form I-94 or Form I-95(mm/dd/yyyy) or type or print "D/S" fro Duration of Status

 

I need to write D/S and not possible. Only date is possible.

How to write D/S?

Just leave it blank, print it when you're done, and neatly write in black pen "D/S".

Good evening. There is a way to type it. I commented on the other post you made in the other thread but here is the answer again.

 

There are 2 ways you can put D/S in that box.

 

The first way is you can hand write it in after you print it.

 

The second way is to follow these steps in Adobe Acrobat reader:

·         Click “Edit” on the tool bar

·         Then "Preferences"

·         Click on "JavaScript" on the left hand side

·         Then uncheck "Enable Acrobat JavaScript"

·         Then hit ok

·         Now you can type in that box

(Provide the beneficiary's address outside the United States , if different from Item Numbers 11.a-11.h ) Wife lives in USA now with me. For 11a I put address in USA, for 12a I put SAME, what I need to put for 13.a.?

Form 130 Part4 Beneficiary Entry Information Line 47---I need Passport used to enter USA now expired or curent Passport?

Same is correct for 12a. I believe you mean part 4 13a-f not part 3? If she has a residence in another county put that address. Otherwise put "N/A".

 

Line 47 needs the NEW passport number.
