Hi there! Im planning to petition my Father while he's here in the United States with Concurrent filing. On his birthcertificate his Middle name is Mispelled, on his Birthcertificate is spelled Zalazar and on my birthcertificate is spelled Salazar, is there gonna be any problem when i submit the application? Thanks in advance!

You can get 2 affidavits done for correction of spelling on the birth certificate. Or else you risk getting RFE. 

Affidavits must be from 2 people who were present at the time of birth. I had similar problem on my birth certificate and had to prepare affidavits to correct the misspelling in my Father's first name.
