Just curious what VJ members think is the average wait from NOA2 to K1 issued?  Any input is appreciated.

My I 129 F was received at the CSC May 17, 2018-(NOA1)

My fiancé is in a very low fraud country with very few K1 Visas issued or many Visas issued at all for that matter. Below are the averages from this site:

NOA1 to NOA2 197 days at CSC

NOA2 to NVC 20 days

NVC processing 13 days

NVC to Embassy 5 days

Embassy processing 52 days

I was thinking we would get the NOA2 in mid December, wait another month for our case to get to the Embassy with the K1 Visa finally issued around February 2019.....

Of course these are all case by case, RFE or no RFE,  typical work load of Embassy and whether or not it’s a high fraud country, thanks

That timeline sounds roughly accurate given the assumptions based on current average timelines. Timelines can always change, and one can hit all kinds of hurdles along the way that prolong the process.

I'll just reiterate the golden rule: Don't make any plans you aren't able or willing to change until the visa is in hand.

Hi jenny!  yes DR is a high fraud country... is not easy get a B1/B2 and they always scrutiny very well in the interview...but like i said if u can show good evidence of bonafide relationship and always answer with the truth wont be problem at all. I already know 4 couples that got their K1 with no problem.
