Please help me. I’m freaking right now!! I just realized that I made a mistake in my form l-751 that I already submitted. My husband signed his name on both of the petitioner and spouse box. I already received the receipt and my name was both on the beneficiary and petitioner also. What will I do? Am I going to contact the USCIS and let them know  or leave it like that?

Definitely contact USCIS. You want to make sure everything goes through without a hitch. So your best bet would be to call the ASAP! Especially since it's something that could probably easily be fixed.

Best of luck!

Thanks! I’ll contact them Monday. It’s been 3 weeks already since I realized the mistake.
