Hi guys! I need your help. My daughter is 17 year old and trying to get a Philippine Passport at DFA ASEANA in Manila. I am a first timer petitioner not knowing that these documents of Special Power of Attorney, and  Affidavit of Support and Consent needs to be notarized and authenticated.  My questions are;

1. I can get these documents notarized anywhere? Like a public place notary, USPS , BANKS, etc...

2. Where I am going to authenticate these documents? I am from Seattle WA.

3. And how many copies do I need for each document to be notarized and authenticated?

Thank you !
