this drives me crazy! i am waiting for filling out ds 260 and submitting  docs. i keep checking the ceac website like every 10 mins. i wish they at least could give some time frame about  restored time then at least i can stop checking before that. called nvc they said they knew this issue and working on it diligently. but still dont have a time frame. 😨 i wish i could take it easy. but i cant relax .

Me too. im a non pivot case and was lucky to not fill out a ds261 because NVC already recognised i had a lawyer and was able to pay both fees at the same time. it took two days for them to change status to paid and move on to complete ds260..however i get a surprise as soon as logging back to CEAC stating system is down ..for the last thing i needed to do before a faithful Case Completed! ...

I have read old threads from past months/last year to see if ceac has been down before, and it has, but maximum of about 2 days...

Thank God for VJ ! We're all here to support each other in frustration or happiness, it will all end soon x

It will make things so much better if we knew dates of ceac being down. They really don’t care. :/

Hi guys!

What is the email adress to ask about interview dates to the NVC?
Since the systeam is down, i would like to check with them by email..

Thanks in advance!

You can use their public enquiry form as they don't have a proper email address. Here's the link:

Literally just spoke to them again and still the same message. They said if it's still the same for another week then call up again as they may have more information. Other than that, nothing unfortunately...

That's sad :( Lets pray that they have a resolution soon!

Called as well.  They said it's been down since Thursday.  As an IT guy myself, websites don't need this long for maintenance.  Seems suspicious.
