My AOA fee and my VI fees shows paid. The AOA application and DS260 is available and I can fill it out. The only thing that is not available is civil documents. Its says "NA" next to cival documents.

Oh I get you now. I just remember how mine was. It will change after you submit DS-260.

After submitting Ds-260 you will receive an email containing a confirmation letter which you must bring at the time of the interview. When your ds-260  status changes to "completed"

You will be able to upload civil documents right after that.

And what if you are dumb f-face and didn't save/print when it showed after it's completed? Is there a page you can go to print the confirmation page, or are you out of luck?

Preparing myself for the site to go down again, I made sure this morning to print to PDF the AOS/IV Receipts, the Cover Page (which I think isn't needed in Pivot cases) and the DS 260 confirmation page. The DS 260 you have to click on the IV Application link right below where the flow chart is, then click on the sign tab to the top right. You then have options there of printing or emailing yourself the confirmation page.

When you go to summary page and click vi fees it should show you both fees. But there should be an option to check vi and then to the next page where you can fill in the information to process the payment. If it doesn't let you then there might still be some glitch in the system since ceac just got back up from maintenance. You can call nvc and ask them that you are having trouble paying for vi fees. Or they would let you know if you have to wait if they changed something after maintenance who knows.

For our case I was able to pay both fees the same day within the difference of 4-5 minutes. And both were processed the same day which was 2 days later.

Good luck!

I just got off the phone with an NVC representative and seems like i typed my spouses last name wrong on ds-261 (i put her last name as it appears on her passport) rather than how it shows up on her case. Well now that that’s sorted out I guess I have to wait till that goes through and then I will be able to pay the IV fee.

Thanks!

On the affidavit of support section all my documents show submitted, but Im not able to view all of them. Some of them have a view button available, some dont. Im just concerned if the reviewer is able to view my documents and there isnt anything wrong with the way I uploaded

That's normal. Nvc is able to view them. None of mine were viewable after I submitted them. I think, it is this way for security purposes.
