Wow finally I’m at work and decided to pay the fees now in case something else happens later... anyway quick question, not sure how many fees I’m supposed to pay? I just payed the AOS fee which was 120$ and it says to wait 2-3 days for it to process. There is one more fee below that one which is called IV Application processing Fees, but it does not have a little check box so I can choose to pay it. Any one know if I have to pay that one too and if so do I have to wait for the AOS fee to finish processing first or how does this work? Thanks!

if you do not see "Pay Now" next to IV Fee  so you have to wait until they process AOS fee.

You can pay both fees same day but not same time at once. First you select one of them and pay it. Then you go back and select the other one and pay it. If you already paid the aos fees. Then you should go back to ceac, select vi fee and pay right now. So they both can be processed within 2-3 days that way you can start uploading the supporting docs and civil docs at the same time instead of waiting another 2-3 days.

I went back to the summary page and I see AOS fee is “IN PROCESS”, and below that it says IV fee “pay now” I click that and it takes me to another page where I can select to either pay AOS or IV fee. But there is no ‘check box’ next to IV fee so i can select it..so how do I pay it?

Guys. I'm drawing blanks. Where the f is the confirmation page? I see all fees are paid. DS261, DS260 completed. But what the f do I click to get the confirmation page. I wanna save/print it straight away, in case the site decides to go back down for something.

I'm asking for someone else. But putting question in 1st person view.

The confirmation page shows up after you have signed and submitted the DS260.

And what if you are dumb f-face and didn't save/print when it showed after it's completed? Is there a page you can go to print the confirmation page, or are you out of luck?

When you go to summary page and click vi fees it should show you both fees. But there should be an option to check vi and then to the next page where you can fill in the information to process the payment. If it doesn't let you then there might still be some glitch in the system since ceac just got back up from maintenance. You can call nvc and ask them that you are having trouble paying for vi fees. Or they would let you know if you have to wait if they changed something after maintenance who knows.

For our case I was able to pay both fees the same day within the difference of 4-5 minutes. And both were processed the same day which was 2 days later.

Good luck!

Currently under civil documents, it says "NA" for me. Did that happen with anyone?

It's a step by step process. We are only allowed to upload civil documents when done with paying fees.

Im done with paying the fees. My fees says paid. The AOA application and IV (DS260) application are available, but in the civil document area it says "N/A"

I think you may have to do the DS260 first before the civil document area becomes "Unlocked".
