My last name on my passport is HADAJIAN
While I sent a letter of intent to my fiance with the last name HADJIAN
Will USCIS create any problem because of the extra A?

Probably not, but why not just make a new letter, sign, scan and email it to him? It would take you like 5 minutes. Unless your passport is the one that is wrong. Then you are going to need to fix that.

Wait so it works if I just scan it and e-mail it to him? I sent a physical copy today to his address.

It's wrong on my passport and I called the General Security and they said they can't change it unless I prove it in a way like having another passport... which I don't have any.

There must be a way to change it. How did you get your initial passport? You must have needed an ID and a birth certificate and such. Your passport will NEED to be fixed.

Birth certificate? Other ID?  There are ways to prove they misspelt your name and you should fix this asap

Yes. You do not need wet signatures for the petition. That being said your birth certificate and passport must match.

2018 Feb 15 Policy Memorandum Signatures.pdf

"A signature is valid even if the original signature is
later photocopied, scanned, faxed, or similarly reproduced. Regardless of how it is transmitted to
USCIS, the copy must be of an original document containing a handwritten, ink signature, unless
regulations or the form instructions state otherwise.3 USCIS will not accept signatures created
by a typewriter, word processor, stamp, auto-pen, or similar device."

"The regulations do not require that a requester submit an “original” or “wet ink” signature on a petition,
application, or other request to USCIS."

There is no way to fix it unless I can prove with another official document... My last name on my ID is in Arabic, Hadjian is an Armenian last name so Arabic speaking people hardly translate Armenian last names.

Birth certificate is in Arabic and I have no other ID than the Lebanese one which is also in Arabic.

Could it be translated from arabic into HADAJIAN? You will need to bring translations of your birth certificates, police certificates, civil certificates and such to the embassy. Make sure they all translate translated the same. If they translate into Hadajian. You are going to have to live with that last name. Additionally he will have to put it that way on the petition.

It's translated to HADJIAN but these people are so stupid, there is no "A" in my last name in Arabic, Google Translate is smarter than them:

Can you get an official translation of your ID and birth certificate and go get it changed? I'm sure if you talk to someone else you will get a different answer. It has to be changed. You cannot have a passport in this process with the wrong name on it.

I'm fine with hadajian though, why would it create any problem?

Like I said before you will need to  bring official translations of your birth certificates, police certificates, civil certificates and such to the embassy. They are going to have to match.

I see. I'll look into it, it gets issued on coming Tuesday so let's hope for the best.
