My husband resides in Riyadh.

Can you give a few more details about your situation?  I am assuming you are in Yemen then?

The answer to your question is:  If you reside in KSA with your husband and your husband is working in Riyadh / preparing to return to the US then your interview would be in Riyadh.  IF you are in Yemen then the answer is that I am not aware of an interview from Yemen scheduled in Riyadh but due to your husband living and working in KSA it is likely that you would still interview there.

My husband is from Yemen but he had his interview in Riyadh where he resides. I asked if someone is in the same situation as I am!

Your husband interviewed for what visa?  That implies he is not a USC?

I will kindly note that you did not describe your situation at all.  We also came through Riyadh, and my wife is from a third country; however, we lived in Saudi together.

I have been dealing with the embassy and Dhahran consulate for years and actually brought my wife through the process twice.  So we know their system pretty well.  The only way we can help you is if you clearly outline your situation and location and your immediate relative's (husband) situation and location as well as exactly what you are applying for.

NOTE:  After tolerating 8 years of the worst arrogance and rudeness on the planet from the people over there I'm in little mood to tolerate even a second more of it from Texas so try to lighten up a little.

It’s the spousal visa. He’s from one of the banned countries ( Yemen ). Had his interview in June 2018 in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. After the travel ban, has anyone been in the same situation as I am?.

Your husband interviewed for a spousal visa in Riyadh?  Who filed the petition for him?  For you to get a visa he has to petition for and sponsor you, I am still having difficulty understanding what you are applying for.  If he is a USC he wouldn't have interviewed for a visa.
