Hello,i just want to ask some advices here please about our plan and my plan.we plan to process our fiancee visa soon. Im from philippines but im working now here in finland. Am i allowed to process my finacee visa here in us embassy finland? And i am allowed alao to get tourist visa here if i plan to visit my fiance for 2 weeks before we process our fiancee visa?

If you have legal residence in Finland, you can process the visa application there.

You are free to apply for a tourist visa. Getting one as a Filipino with a USC fiance/fiancee can be difficult, but the only thing to lose (so long as you are honest) is the $160 application fee.

If you have legal residence in Finland, you can interview and process the visa there.

Otherwise, you can process the visa in Manila.

Are you a Finnish citizen? If so, you just need ESTA to visit the US, not a tourist visa.

no,im just having a residence permit for work. I have my own apartment and i stay here legally.
