Questions about K1 visa application

Hello :)

 

I have a few questions/need confirmation about the K1 visa application before I send this off.

 

1. Are the G-325A (Biographic Information) forms definitely not required? 

2. I'm sending the application via express mail or courier deliveries, so I'm sending it to the below address as stated on the USCIS website. Is it correct to use this address in our 'letters of intent to marry' too?

Lewisville, TX 75067

 

Thank you so much for your help, these are the last bits I need confirmation on and then everything is set.
