Hello every one ,,,,,,, I am new here ,,,, I want to ask something ,,,,, I'm still wating for approving ( Noa2) hopefully ,,,

July 19 2017: uscis got our i129f package

Jan 18 2018 : we got rfe

Feb .... 2018 : we return back the rfe

Feb 12 2018 : they received our rfe

For my case ,,, prove of meeting in person we only sent the photos ,, no flight ticket or boarding pass even we have ones and we didnt send any prove of on going relationship like chat log because I am afraid it would be hard for them to read because we speak in our own language not in english ,,, would these be any problem ? These gonna look like we lack of evidence ? Will my case get deny because I didnt send any of those ?

Anyone that return rfe on feb 2018 got approved yet ?

These stress me out because I read so many case of other people ,, they sent like broading pass ,, flight ticket or chat log .... But I didnt sent those

Anyone who have experience please help me ,,, I'm about to freak out right now

Thanks

So you only sent photos to prove that you met in person?  How did you prove that you met prior to filing as pictures can really be taken at any time, they are considered secondary evidence.

What country are we dealing with?  For example, may border, couples Canada/USA, are treated slightly differently because they will often not have evidence of meeting such as boarding passes or hotel receipts.

Good luck

Photos are secondary evidence. As noted, stamps from passports would have been key evidence here to go a long with any receipts, hotel receipts, credit card statements (if purchases made there).

Also could have sent in chat logs with translations. You may receive another RFE for these but since it has been 5-6 months, maybe not... hard to say... but without sending any initial evidence if it makes it through USCIS and to the embassy you better be prepared to send in a lot, and a lot of ongoing relationship proof for that stage.
