how much is ur mom-in-law's annual income?! HOW many are they in the family? even ur mom-in-law doesnt have a bank account as long as her income is over 125% poverty guideline will be ok. In my case, my hubby and mom-in-law both fiiled out I-134. my hubby used to have a part time job but he chose to concentrate his school since he is graduating soon. Anyway, the consul only checked their I-134, tax transcripts, and w-2 form. when the consul told me that their income wasnt enough that was the only time i showed the bank account. and paid property. but HE didnt consider it. So therefore, he only relied to the tax transcripts and w-2.

If your husband makes $25,000 then he *should* be fine supporting just you and him, with a letter from his employer stating his job status and his annual amount. The w-2 is the statement of earnings given to him by his employer at the end of the year, for filing taxes. Tax transcripts are available from the IRS for free. If he needs his mother as a co-sponsor then her income will have to be enough to support you, your hubby, herself and anyone else in the household.

oh.. he wrote here on his I-134 that his annual income is 25,000$... and i dont know if hes sure... lol but the last time he got his ITR(2006), he only got 800$ coz he just started on his present job like September or October (but he had a job before that on some store. he worked there for 3 months).. so thats why he thinks hes not capable of supporting me.. and last year he only works 7 months.. so the questions are, do u think it will gona have problem if they saw my husbands ITR, thats just 800$ only?? Is letter (not the form) from the employer is okay? coz thats what he sent to me now.. just the letter (well its formal letter)

and if ever i need the co-sponsor, is she needs to send ITR too? coz she couldnt find it anymore. She thinks she lost it or thrashed it.. :(

and aaah! my hubby ddnt send me his ITR stil! grr :(

If he just started a new job and his expected income this year is the $25000 then tell him to send you copies of as many pay stubs as he can and a letter from his employer too. I have read that the embassy will allow him to take his current pay and multiply it out to a yearly if he just started a new job, but pay stubs and an employment letter are needed.
