I’m sure we will get RFE because my fiancé just sent a police record without a court record to USCIS. It’s just a minor cases way back 1998. And RapidVisa didn’t noticed it. If we response to that RFE how long To wait to get a notice of approval? Ty

RapidVisa tends to make a lot of mistakes like this. I’m surprise they’re still in business considering all the horror stories I’ve heard about them. There’s a VJ user who used Rapid Visa and had the same issue, only they never got an RFE and they were straight up denied at the interview for it.

Sometimes RFE can take up to 2 weeks or 60+ days, though. It just varies and you can’t do anything but be patient.

RapidVisa strikes again.

Also, "Scanned or faxed signatures are not allowed" for the letter of intent is incorrect. They haven't issued RFEs for this in years, and the finalized signature memo from 2018 supports this.

Why they got denied after the interview? Court record was just a documents to proof those minor cases already closed. And we missed to send it. They do background check though. We’re May filer hope everything will be okay 😢

The crime was one covered by IMBRA regulations, and wasn't disclosed. USCIS should have caught this, but it was a long time ago and they missed it. The CO (at the embassy stage), however, did not miss it. They could not use the I-129F since it was incorrectly approved as-is.

I spoke to someone who received RFE last June he declared his past crime to I-129f  without court and police record. They sent those reports but until now no response from uscis.

But I heard they still issue the RFE because I spoke to someone who did not sent court and police record. My fiancé had 3 minor cases way back 1998 but on his police record it’s just 1 case there. RapidVisa asked if those cases are single act, my fiancé didn’t know the answer because it was a long time ago and he said “yes maybe it was a single case”. We didn’t know what RapidVisa did to our packet then. Glad my fiancé is very positive, he told me we’re fine.
