Hi there

Is anyone can post if they go thru  Congressman office to help for I-730 , like a family gets approval to come, USCIS  send to National visa center . and after few months. the document coming back to USCIS  for review. and from USCIS. i never received reason to know why it take so long or anything else, so anybody has any situation like this, and did someone use Congressman office help to see a reason why and did you get any answer  , from  Congressman office or USCIS?

Yugoslavia? I have been there a few times but that has not existed since 1992.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

question is filing I-730 . from 2016 . and end of 2017 i get approval than case going to national visa center . and the back for review to USCIS  and still nothing I never get an answer from USCIS  the reason why, in one letter i received in Feb 2018 say we  send you  a letter  reason why we back your case for review  and i never see that letter i contact USCIS  later to explain that i never received any letter with reason , ,  we can not  give a reason thru . phone and still i don't know the reason and how long need to wait, i have two kids and wife back home they, cannot wait to come here its so hard even to give any answer why  and how long . the need to wait and every sec day they asking me when we coming really i . don't know at that time what to say.  so in April. USCIS saying for next 60 days you will get a notification, and I was waiting till jul 2018  even its already past 60 days and when i contact  USCIS again before  few days they say again  60 days from today to wait. , i really im in . bad situation with kids because i don't know the answer and its so hard to wait for no reason . and for something . that i don't know, because it was approved already in 2017, so any. help what to do . ?  so if i cont the congressman office it will help did someone has the same issue and where they are with .  their case?

A Congressman cannot influence  immigration processing.  Many people are anxiously waiting and want to speed up the process. Your family's case is not special; they must wait their turn.

Have you properly updated your address?

Make an Infopass appointment to see if you can find out the missing information.

Based on your English skills, I also suggest you pay an attorney to assist you.
