Okay fine, then no sposnor. If my sister show her work and other obligations in India and that her husband is in India. Would that work? No sponsorship and nothing. If we are able to prove my sisters strong ties back home in India, would that work for reapplication?

Give it a try! Let us know how it goes. I wish you the best of luck!

To be honest mentioning your wedding will not help your case. They have to prove strong ties to their home country. Saying that their brother will be there in the USA does not help the case. It can actually show immigration intent. They will however need to tell them that a relative lives in the USA if asked.

I'm sorry about what has happened to you. Is there anyway they can show stronger ties to their home country? This is the only way.

Showing stronger ties to home country is the only approach now what we gonna take. My sister will be reapplying just with her daughter and no husband and showing she’ll be back in the country. She has her daughter’s school. She’s part of a non profit and other obligations.

No one could tell you what works.

If they're really intent on reapplying, fill out the ds160 with facts (that are available to you and not this forum) and go for the interview. COs judge an applicant's credibility, not their documents.
