There's absolutely nothing wrong with front-loading a visa application. And people who think CO's only look at the documents that are asked for are crazy. You can find plenty of examples on this site of them looking at social media and other publicly available info. Nothing wrong with putting more info right in front of them. If they don't look at it, you're no worse off than before.

What is this magical document?

Why is it not asked for as part of the application process?

I have no idea what the documents might be because I don't know the brother's situation or even what kinds of documentation he might have available. That's for them to figure out. But if I were trying to demonstrate my ties to the US, I might include the HUD-1's from the property I own, labeled for examples, "HUD-1 residence", and "HUD-1 rental property". I might include the articles of incorporation for the business I own. All sorts of documents you can add into your file and label them so anyone looking at the file can form a more complete picture of what I'm all about. It isn't rocket science.

How do you front load a B application?

I own property in the UK, I live in the US,  so has not worked with me.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

What are you even talking about? I'm not going to get into some pedantic discussion with you negative Nancy's. Who owns what and where is irrelevant. I gave an example illustrating a concept in general terms. If you can't wrap your head around it, that's not my problem. I can explain it to you, not understand it for you. My advice was to the OP and they can take it or leave it. Whether you understand it or not really doesn't concern me.

So the mystery document remains - a mystery.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You cannot, understand, CANNOT frontload a B2 Visa application. Negative Nancy's aside, this is impossible.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Exactly...it's not possible to present the documents beforehand nor get a CO to look at them without being requested. there is no way to front-load a tourist visa application.

I didn't think so, either....but then @VisaCode seemed to infer it was a possibility, and advised the OP to do this as though it was a possibility, so wondered if they had/knew anyone with personal experience of this to give further clarification.

Guys, thanks much for all responses. This is what we are thinking now. We are planing to have my sister and my 5year old niece reapply for visa again and let my brother be as it is and not apply with them. And have my sister mention wedding because what also happened was that my brother in laws application had his employment as “does not apply” which showed that he was not employed and was going to settle there. So my sister is working too but we are planning to show her father in law as her sponsor for the trip.

We are only gonna have an invitation letter from my fiancé in US for inviting my sister and her daughter for the wedding.

Okay fine, then no sposnor. If my sister show her work and other obligations in India and that her husband is in India. Would that work? No sponsorship and nothing. If we are able to prove my sisters strong ties back home in India, would that work for reapplication?
