Who the heck makes $100 on surveys?

Oh, I totally have. If you skip those popular apps and do it another way, you can make $100-$200 for an hour survey. The difference is they don't come around as often - more like once a month. I think people do them, but there's a faux pas about discussing it so more probably do than we notice.

I never did and looking at what sites the OP is on he will most likely not even get close to that either.

The OP already has accumulated $100 to cash out. No idea how. That's a lot of time and effort.

I don't think USCIS would find out, but my risk tolerance for a USCIS grey area is zero (personally). Nothing, especially $100, is worth even .01% risk of running into trouble with USCIS. The IRS categorizes the survey app/giftcard thing as freelancing. Freelancing means work.

I did. I can redeemed $100. But that one accumulated from April until now. Around 4 months. I used Swagbucks website. To redeem $100 only need 10,000 points. One survey sometimes offer 60-100 points. Whenever I have my free time, I simply take 2-3 survey. Not spending there for many hours..

DISCLAIMER: I'm not working with USCIS/NVC and never work with them. All my comment based on my own experience and what I read.
