Can a K2 Visa Holder get married

Hi I’m a K2 Visa holder and I was wondering if I could get married here in US and get my visa adjusted

If I remember right, Your status is a rider of the K1 holder.  If the K1 is denied so will the K2. Can't approve a K2 without the K1. Your step parent that brought your K1 parent must file for AOS for both of you.

Oh I’m sorry I was wrong I’m a CR2 Visa holder. Is it still possible for me to get married?

Big difference here. Have you already entered? If yes then you are good to marry. Make sure the fee to get your GC is paid. 

 

You will still need to Remove conditions 90 days prior to your 2 yr GC expires. Do this with your parent. I don't know if you can do that one your own.
