Not really.

People wait around 10 months for K1 approval. So you're fine.

If you think K1 takes long, brace yourself for long wait for your work permit and AOS approval. ;)

K1

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview.

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

hEY THERE. thx for replying:) I know it takes around 10 months to complete the whole k1 process. But I am not getting the NOA2 yet. It makes sense that this late July or early Aug I should get an uPdate to the NOA2

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1
