Aloha! Help Finding A Ninja Lawyer Specializing With The Philippines

Aloha Everyone!
I stumbled across this website today and I Love It!
I have been reading all day and I have learned so much.
I was hoping to find a well-known ninja attorney with experience in Philippines K1 Visa's
I have some tax issues and a small criminal record.
So I know hiring the right attorney will make or break this for me.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I'm a newbie so please be gentle with me!

Hope to be able to steer you in the right direction. So how far along are in the K1 visa process and did you file the petition already? You said you have a small criminal record but not much details what happened and how long ago. As for tax issue not sure what exactly you mean about tax issues and the situation where u are you in  and did you make enough to support your fiancee/ spouse last year?

Thanks for the response! Like I said before, I do have a bit or a criminal record. In my past life, the right lawyer made all the difference. He was able to do things I couldn't dream of. I don't know if this prosses is different. But, I would like to find some help with someone that has a lot of experience.

Yeah, was in trouble with the law about 7 years ago nothing violent or domestic. Did not file much last year in taxes. But got a great job last November and now I'm making good money. That's why I need some help. IDK what visa would be best for us. Thanks for all the help

Based on other's experiences I don't think you'll have much of an issue because your criminal record is 7 years old and so on the petition you'll be asked if you ever had a criminal record so just be honest and you should be fine. As for your tax records you should be fine as long as you meet the poverty guidelines. you can find that at 2018 HHS Poverty Guidelines - HHS.gov. You will be able to submit tax records at the end of the year to NVC but since you aren't there yet not to worry. Hawaiivibes, did you file the I-129f petiton already? if so you won't need to submit any tax records till you get an NOA2 approval. Don't forget to fill out your visa timeline so we can better assist you. So create an account then fill out your time line and don't forget to add your fiancee's consulate.
