Hello!

We are going to send this packet off soon and I would really appreciate someone having a look at the list of everything we have included. Do you think we have enough evidence for in-person meeting in the last 2 years? I'm (non USC) currently in the US while we are filing this, so we've included my I-94 number.

1. Check for $535.00

2. G-1145

3. Cover letter which shows everything that is included in the packet, signed

4. I-129f form which has been dated and signed

5.1 attached page which is signed and dated, for item number 54 (circumstances of our meeting in-person in the last 2 years)

6. Letter of intent to marry form beneficiary

7. Letter of intent to marry form filer

8. Copies of passport style photos, one of each of us, written on the back lightly in pencil, our names - attached in separate plastic style bags

8. USC birth certificate

Evidence of meeting in-person in the past 2 years

1. Cover sheet of proof of meeting in person in the last 2 years signed and dated

2. Photo copies of boarding passes from 2 trips made to visit each other and the luggage tags

3. Beneficiary's current ESTA, showing filer's address as 'address while in the US' and the filer as 'US point of contact'

4. Beneficiary's entire passport showing multiple stamps into the US

5. Receipts of things we have done together, some showing the filer paying, others showing the beneficiary paying

6. Passes from a museum we went to

7. 12 color photos together with explanations and dated, some correspond with receipts. Some photos of just us, some of us with friends and family

8. Chat logs about visiting each other

9. Flight itineraries

Evidence of ongoing relationship

1. Cover sheet of ongoing relationship dated and signed

2. Explanation of how we met online (online gaming 10 years ago)

3. Some screenshots of our online game characters together over the past 9 years

4. Skype logs (A few pages to show communication is consistent over the last year)

5. Discord (text chat logs)

6. Facebook chat logs (just 2 from every month over the last year to show consistency)

7. Facebook logs between beneficiary and filer's mother

8. Facebook logs between filer and beneficiary's mother

9. Receipts from gifts we have sent each other

It's overly front-loaded given you are going through Sydney (low fraud), but it is not excessive, so I don't see a problem with that. A quick run through looks like you hit all required items (assuming no court records, divorces, etc.).

Hi, for what I see you have a pretty strong case here. I know sometimes we need validation from our peers, but as long as you follow the instructions from the instruction file you will be fine.
