IV Fee not yet invoice but......

Can I start sending the financial & supporting documents even though IV Fee has not yet been invoiced?

 

I just did the DS-261 online & Paid AOS Fee,

 

but NVC hasn’t reviewed the DS-261 yet they said. 

 

So in the mean time, can I just send the documents so that it’s out of the way.

Call NVC to review your ds261 over the phone with you so that your IV fee will open. 

 

You can send your aos/iv package to NVC but it will not be reviewed/touched until your ds260 has been completed

I just called NVC earlier, the Nvc officer said it’s okay to send in the documents already.

 

he said that it usually takes 3 weeks to review the ds-261 but They said my husband can appoint one ASAP if he calls nvc today and they will generate the iv fee
