So I've been waiting to hear anything since March this year about the next step for my i485. I had.my biometrics in feb but since then, nothing. I filed it in January '18 and it went to the Chicago lockbox. I don't understand the timeline. Does anyone have any idea how longer we could be waiting? Hopefully not long!

It takes about 12 month to be approved.

K1

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

I know someone who applied six months before you who interviewed this month so can vouch for 11-12 months. She tried everything to get information or speed it up to no avail. Carry on with your life and plan for next summer.
