Applied fiance visa, got married. Can we still continue with our case?

Damn, such a waste of time and money though. Now you have to start everything from the scratch and pay new fees... I've seen few posters who decided to get married while waiting for their K1 to b

Damn, such a waste of time and money though. Now you have to start everything from the scratch and pay new fees...

I've seen few posters who decided to get married while waiting for their K1 to be approved and it's always such a shame. Few more months and you'd have a visa and now you have to wait over a year for a spouse visa.

 

Also, don't try to continue with K1 thinking that USCIS won't "notice" your marriage. It will and you'll just create more problems for yourself. Just saying. :)

It does not matter. You did get married, period. In the USCIS eyes you're no longer an unmarried couple, so there's no K1 for you.
