I have a work in the US. I moved with one kind of visa and then changed my job, so I need new type of visa for me. I got qualified help with my immigration documents here www.politicalasylumusa.com. I was afraid about my interview and I hired immigration lawyer. I’ve received the best service ever. You can call them and get free consultation. I recommend, because now I have a green card!

Seems like you applied for political asylum.

What makes you think the OP would benefit from political asylum?

Update.

It took awhile about our I140 is approval. Now we are waiting for our priority date to become current. Yes, even for Singapore, we need to wait till the date becomes current. And then off to I485.

I did OPT to EB2- NIW (chemistry PhD) 6 yrs ago. Make sure to hire the lawyer specialize EB cases.

You have to create the petition in certain way that people at the USCIS can understand your achievement.

Also make sure to file petition at Texas Center Instead of Vermont because TX center had more relaxed understanding of EB criteria. (this may changed now)

Send your CV to lawyers specializing  EB case for free consultations. I would consult with 2-3 lawyers since it is free. You can pick lawyer if you pay yourself.

Good ones won't take your case if it is not winable case. Bad one's will take case regardless to make some money.

I did use MARK HARRINGTON in Houston TX and referred him 4 friends for their EB-2 NIW case. He told 3 of my friends (PhD) with recommendation to apply under EB2-NIW and they all retained him and got their GC. Unfortunately, He did not recommend 4th friend (PhD) for EB-2 NIW case since his achievement was not strong enough to win EB2-NIW. So he did not retain him and went back to the home country. He only charged me his fee $2000 (half up front) + USCIS  filing fee and $ 2000 (after I-140 was approved). I did not apply concurrently for I-485.

So I paid him $1500 + USCIS filing fee for I-485 per person after I-140 was approved.

I would also consider Victoria Chen for the EB case.
