Pending your medical exams

I’m not entirely clear on that. The implication from the letter - because they say “at this moment”, from the direction re the Sept VB, because they say they will review cases in September and the fact that they are not returning passports and documents until then - is that while they have stopped issuance for now,  they may issue in September if they do still end up with visa numbers then.

Unfortunately that was a problem of your own making as they should have been completed before the interview :(

...anyway I hope it manages to work out for you. Please let us know of any developments, hopefully positive. I’ll update the thread if I pick up new info about this elsewhere too. Good luck...

No positive out come yet.  Below is the latest email I have received from the embassy 😦

You had your consular interview on June 20 and your case was refused by our consular officer pending receipt of the medical. We received the medical on July 19, which is when you case was completed and fully qualified for a visa. By that time numbers had already dried up and we could no longer issue your visa.

If there are remaining numbers from applicants who have not pursued their visa or did not qualify at their consular interview, these will be released in September and reallocated to pending cases. A request for a number for your case was regularly submitted back on the 19th of July.

Until September we have no way of knowing if there is a number available for your case, therefore we will keep your case open until we either receive a number for your case or receive a definitive answer from the Department of State in Washington that all numbers have been exhausted.

I’m sorry there’s no good outcome yet, but at least they are keeping you updated so you know they have kept your case open. You may well only find out right at the end of September so it will be a tense wait - I’m hoping it will be a good outcome for you.

Yeh, that is it. I have no option than to have patience. Patience they say is virtue.

Hi @SusieQQQ my status was initially ready after interview and medicals submission. Though I was told at the interview that everything is ok until I received another email telling me that my case can not be processed further until September. And today it changed to AP.

It is good sign... you case may be processed in few days. Wait and see
