I'm sorry I'm having a really hard time following your story.  Who petitioned for you?  Your step father?  The younger brother is your step fathers child or your biological fathers child?

It seems there was a lot of confusion in your case.   Birth names changed and needing to be changed back to original names.    Were divorce documents originally submitted or was this new evidence?

My grandmother applied for us on behalf of my mother family immigration f3 married son or daughters  yes they are my step brother from my father side but when my mom married actually he is on 2 year old my mom take care of here there is no family issue all well but we have to tell the CO officer the truth because CO asked for dna we didn't speak any lie all are truth ny mother is principal applicant and i am biological son of my mother because my mother is principal applicant and my younger sister is from this current marriage and she is also biological daughter of my mother as a principal applicant you have to only prove biological realtionship with principal applicant we both are save but my younger brother are form my dad previous marriage soo when the 1 DNA process done obviously the results show my younger brother not biological realtionship that why We again get email from embassy to again DNA between my step father and my younger brother obviously it is true as we told at the interview to CO

2): my birth name changes beacuse I register in nadra as my step father name on pak cnic and passport so that why CO asked that metion your orignal father name doesn't matter your father is died but we need orignal father name we said ok and we change the name on passport through legal process court decree and divorce certificate not submitted to the nvc they fiqured out the previous marrige of my mother then they asked for previous divorced paper and this was new evidence not submitted before to NVC ...

                                                          Thanks

Hi everyone,

Is it required by the ISL embassy to have the spouse’s birth certificate and our marriage certificate be attested by foreign affairs ? We have our English nikah nama that is notorized. However, my husband was at foreign affairs to get his degree attested and saw people getting their marriage and birth certificates also attested..so we’re kind of confused as to if our other documents should also be done? Haven’t read anything of that sort but just wanted to make sure?

Thank you in advance!!

My wife had her interview April 23, 2019 in Islamabad. Everything went well except the CO rejected her pictures. She got handed a 221g form that said your visa application is refused for administrative processing. And had a tic under photographs. She had to go out take new ones and submitted one photo that same day. The CO didn’t say anything but kept her passport and said we are working on it and will call. I checked ceac and it says AP. What should we do?

They wanted to see the events in your Mom's life from her birth to the end (youngest kid born). Write a letter with principle applicant( your Mom) name, dob and Case number on it. Send this letter to embassy  via e-mail and also try to upload this letter if possible and also submit this letter via their (embassy) online inquire form under comments.

Make sure letter should have the following items (timeline)

When Mom was born.

Biological father date of birth.

Mom's first marriage date.

Divorced date.

Biological father date of death.

Mom 2nd marriage date.

Step father name and his Dob and date of death if applicable.

Date of birth of  all children.

I got it but they only want the marriges and divorces timeline only i have got this email kindly see below and guide me plz i have to make only the timeline on a simple paper in which my mom and my step father marriage and divorces dates i have to mention and attach each photocopy of every document like divorce certificates or court decree copy and marriges certificates am i right plz guide me thank you
