Relax and be patient :). Your interview will be here soon. Just make sure that you have all of your docs up-to date. You will probably be interviewed early February.

In most cases it's the petitioner who finds a joint sponsor not the beneficiary.  Your wife doesn't have any family that can help?

You can not immigrate to United States if you can't prove that you can be financially supported.   Its not the US governments responsibility to financially support you once you are here.  If you can't prove that you won't be a financial burden to the US government they won't approve the visa.

No, her Aunts are all living with their Boyfriends so no help from there ..all their kids are young between ( 1-15 )

My Wife's father has tax issues , and if he opens up his tax than he might lose the benefits + the house they are living in and Food stamps / all other benefits .

My wife's mother is unemployed and she is sick ( under treatment )

My wife's brother got his job recently so US embassy already rejected it, and his Salary is also 17,000$ yearly .so he is unable to be a joint sponsor or fill i-864A .

its a typical White Southern family , every relative she got we already talked to and all of them are unable to help us .

I have to disagree that this is a typical "white" southern family.  I have family and friends in the south too some actually live much better then us up north.

I'm afraid you don't have any other option.  Your wife can work extra hours or get another job.  Perhaps if her family is out of the question she has a friend that can help.   You really don't have any other option.

Good luck!

I am not sure if you are aware that the co-sponsor does not have to be a relative. He/she can be a family friend as well. Here are a few alternatives ..

Hi,

Its been more than 60 days since I submitted additional required documents. After that my lawyer sent an inquiry (3 weeks ago) to the embassy but still have not received a response.

When should I expect them to write back to us?

Background: Case went to AP after interview. Then 2 weeks after submitting additional docs it changed to ready. Then the last update date would change once each week (changed twice for one particular week). Then its been stuck on 23rd Nov.

Were you required to submit DS-5535 ? Were you given 221g? Which docs were missing ?

Was given 221g which only marked additional docs (did not mark admin processing). additional documents included photos, emails/chat history and my copy of my wife's passport pages with entry/exit stamps
