my interview was 20-25 mins long , during which she ask me kinda stupid questions and dates which were around 2 years back ..

does this happen to anyone else ? is it normal that the Applicant can not ask question or even explain ? is it normal that the CO did not see any documents except Photo Album , is it normal that she did not let me explain the I-864A ( legal Contract between Sponsor and house hold member ) ? is it normal that she only ask 1 question regarding my wife rest of questions are about me , my family , etc ? is it normal that she constantly cut me during my answers ? Is it normal that she very rudely says " This is not a question Answer session , so you are not allowed to Ask any question " ( her exact Words ) . Is it normal that upon trying to explain my brother in law helping us she said " we don't care about this " ( her exact words ) ?

I am very confused with this interview .

Not all interviews are like this but some are.  It is normal if there is an issue they have in your case.  Do you have any red flags:   Age difference, Religious difference, short courtship, marriage on first visit?  How many visits have you had?

Is she of Pakistan origin? If not then that may be a red flag. I am in similar situation. Its been more than 60 days since we submitted additional documents they asked for. You may send a personal msg to me to discuss further

If she is Christian you are Muslim and she only visited once when you got married then you sir have red flags.   If she has only visited you once that is the biggest issue they have with your case.

Time spent together is the best evidence of a bonafide relationship (especially with a CR1).  Only one visit can result in a refusal of your visa due to not enough proof of a "real" relationship.

What is the status on CEAC?

Submit the documents and see what happens.   They are giving you a chance to prove your case a little better before making a decision (which is a good thing) so I would send as soon as you can.

As far as you interview the reason is it was tough was because of the red flags but perhaps you were able to convince them.

that is keeping me stressed , I have no relative in US , friends or family .. people who i am able to contact already sponsoring enough to cover their incomes , I am afraid i wont be able to find a Joint Sponsor :(

Question for people who have knowledge regarding this ..

Is it possible that i let them reject my Application , and wait 6 months to re-apply for a Visit Visa ? and in the mean time my Wife visit me once or twice ? it will help ? the Sponsorship requirement for Visit Visa is different or Same as CR-1/IR-1 ?

Your chances of a visitors visa to USA is slim to none.

Your best bet is to try to give them what they  require.  If they return your case to NVC be sure that your wife makes some trips to Pakistan before you hear from USCIS.

There is no Sponsorship requirement for a visit visa.  You apply on your own merits.  Unfortunately since you are married to a USA citizen and have applied for a CR1  it will most likely be refused.

OK thank you . Seems like there is no other way, I am unable to get a Joint Sponsor because all my relatives who can help me are Canadian Citizens and left US .

In most cases it's the petitioner who finds a joint sponsor not the beneficiary.  Your wife doesn't have any family that can help?

You can not immigrate to United States if you can't prove that you can be financially supported.   Its not the US governments responsibility to financially support you once you are here.  If you can't prove that you won't be a financial burden to the US government they won't approve the visa.
