Guys i checked my husband’s visa status it’s says refused is that normal? His interview was yesterday. He was given 221 g for joint sponsor

On some applicant, it shows refused and for some it shows AP. Its a normal thing no need to worry your husband passport is with the embassy and he will get his back with visa on it max they will take 59 days.

Right now you don't have to check your passport status its the last stage thing. First, you should check with the embassy do they received your Nikkah nama and  If they said yes then email them about your visa status coz now its already two months. Just sent them one query and don't send them two or three if they said yes they do have your doc then InshAllah you will get your visa soon.

Only one question why you are facing Nikkah nama problem ???

I was worried because i thought it should say AP because he was only asked for joint sponsor and the lady said everything was completely fine.

these 59 bussiness days or including working&non working days???

I think it’s business days only and you have to exclude the holidays. Was your status AP and then refused or refused from the beginning?
