My wife's case in CEAC is currently under Administrative Processing for missing Urdu/English Nikanama's (I sent via courier/uploaded on CEAC), they should've received it today, "Case Last Updated:" updates almost daily, do they really check it or is that automated? And any estimates on how long does it usually take them to issue Visa (they kept her passport) after that?🤔

Ok guys so today i got a response from NVC in CEAC website ..

i got 2 messages from them ..

1) Documentarily qualified

2 ) Case FE review note :

(My wife name) does not appear to meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. To view the current poverty guidelines, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf. In order to avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor to assist in sponsoring the intending immigrants may be submitted. If joint sponsor is used to assist in sponsoring the intended immigrants, please note that a Form I-864EZ may not be used and a Form I-864 must be submitted, if it has not been already.

I dont have anyone who can be a joint sponsor , Please can anyone tell me what i can do , and if someone else have the same issue ? ? and what to expect in interview ?

PS , My wife work in Walmart Deli , 40 hr per week for 11.50$ per hour wage . it does make enough annually which is above US poverty guidelines for 2018 in South Carolina .

Ours is IR-1... I thought that they were more lenient towards spouse visas overall but I guess not. Don't lose hope! Put your trust in ALLAH (L)

As I read on many different VJ threads that on interview CO will handover you the white slip and will ask you to arrange a joint sponsor. When you will arrange the following will issue you the visa.

I think you should put your question on the main page of VJ may be there are some other options but I don't think there are any. He should ask for joint sponsor to his friends, relatives etc
