I have no idea why they are doing this to male applicants. Yes the females are having absolutely no problem at all!

You should  file a lawsuit .

This is nothing if you compare this with my brother case he had to wait for nearly 3.5 years normal case with two years age difference husband and wife, Both desi, both first time married only one mistake before CR they applied for k1 that got rejected.  So in the end its a matter of time you both will get the visa my brother case was 1 in 100. when he tells others every one got shocked and don't believe it. Your relation is genuine so no need to worry you will get the approval. just a matter of time.

No 1 year CR visa process time and in AP i think 2.5 years.

The First mistake that they made his K1 rejected as his wife never visited Pakistan nor they meet in person so that time they have no idea that you should meet in person spend time together and pictures etc) required to get the approval. So after that, they got married and applied CR his wife spend a month in Pakistan.

The 2nd mistake they made that got his visa delayed is she never visited Pakistan due to her job and mother Cancer problem so after 1.5 or year in Ap she visited again Pakistan and contacted the embassy but the same reply in AP so after her visit to Pakistan about 3-4 months after he received a call from the embassy to resubmit your doc as his medical, PCC, passport,  in general everything got expired. So after six-month of doc resubmission, he got his visa
