So I called NVC and told them about how I received an email stating that all of our docs were accepted... But the lady said that we have to delete and upload the 2 docs again...BUT there's no way of deleting them on the page. So I asked what I should do about that and she said to send a public inquiry form about it and that she doesn't know how long it'll take for them to review it and delete them...

I am so confused bc EVERYTHING says accepted with green checks next to it and they also sent a documentarily qualified email...

Should I just upload the docs they're asking for in the additional documents section? Because I've read that they don't respond to the inquiry msgs for like 2 months... :help:

Same thing happened  to me as well coz my joint sponsor did mistakein 2017 tax return by uploading that  in required documents .so he corrected the mistake an d uploaded that in additional documents .but nvc accepted both .i am documentarily qualified. I will just tell them at the time of interview which one is correct.so go ahead upload your correct paper in additional  documents thats what you can do .its very strange that there is  no delete option on  ceac.

Yeah I don't know why they said to delete the incorrect one when there's no delete button either! Congrats on the CC though. Be sure to update on here for your interview date. It'll give an idea on when they're scheduling...My husband is in  Pakistan also.

Hi Guys,

Need some information yesterday I checked my Case status and it shows at NVC instead to required action. But my civil docs still say submitted. Plus received an email from NVC to check inbox or doc status but it remains the same and no message in the inbox is it CC or should I call NVC to check my case status.

Thanks

Dubai visit has nothing to do with your US visa but you should check with your wife that in her state cousin marriage are allowed or not as in the US in some states cousin marriages are not allowed or otherwise, she will have to move to another state for your visa I think.
