Hello every body, 

Alhumdulillah,Visa Approved on 19th . The Visa Officer told my spouse after brief interview that all documents are complete and you will get your passport in 2 weeks.The officer and interpreter were nice and every thing went smooth by The Grace of Allah.Status online at CEAC Status Check shows Administrative processing. The officer told and congratulated and said approved, why still says AP?.Islamabad Embassy

Will post a review soon.

Passport will be back after holidays,will be flying next week hopefully InShALLAH.

AP is normal it will stay in AP while they print and affix your visa.   Its normal process.

Congrts on your approval and my status also say Administrative Processing dont know why,hopefully after holidays on monday it will be issued.

Same here confused of AP.

Approved on 19th same day as yours at Islamabad.

Hi, two questions, how many 2x2 photos are needed for the Medical (at Aziz Medical Center, Islamabad and how many ) and how many 2x2 photos needed for interview? What are the fees at the embassy (I payed everything originally via NVC website when submiting IV/AOS packages) are there any other fees at the embassy, also how much is the green card fee? 👦 Thanks!

6 photos medical. 2 for interview. And green card fee after visa approval is $220us

Thank you! Can I pay the fees once my spouse immigrates to the US or must we pay at the embassy and which is better, pay there or here in your opinion?

You must pay the green card fee before traveling to usa. If your approved, they give u the bill to pay after ur interview at embassy

Is anyone in this forum on a K1 visa???? Our interview is soon and trying to figure out about how long it is taking to get passport with visa after interview. From months ago I am seeing 2-3 days, several of you on CR1 are saying 1-2 weeks...

Can you please tell me what document they needed and if they give you a 221G form? What was tick marked on the form?

My husband had his interview yesterday. The interview went well, but they gave him a 221G slip requesting passport pictures. They rejected the pictures he submitted. He submit the pictures same day at the embassy. Now his status says administrative processing on nvc. Can someone tell me if anything like this happened with them? Or if anyone has any info on what happens in this type of situation?
