we went to opd (if u enter from gate no. 2 it is on your very left side building), in opd we went to room no. 74 that is on 1 st floor( when u enter opd there will be stairs in left corridor) . Gave me polio vac. Drops asked for passport, she filled out the certificate. Gave me back and told me to get the signatures from room 34 that is on ground floor.

Got the signature and its done.

Please ask your wife to go to CMS today. No appointment needed. I just came back. There are 3 visits and they are taking a long time to give results because of Eid holidays. Blood test and xray is done and my appointment with dr is on Friday. If the dr says all the test results are fine and no additional test is required, only then I will get my reports on Sept 1 🙁🙁 They have asked not to book any flight until everything is clear. This is so stressful. Please ask your wife to go right away.
