What I mean is is there an end date for using this visa? And if so, is it usually stated for __ months or ___years or just omitted?

Yes.. it will be on the visa itself as "Expiration Date"  This is the last day you can use the visa to enter the US.......

So, that date is usually how many days/weeks/months following the issuance of the visa? That time frame depends on what?

According to your visa above, that visa does not expire for 10 years! Am I right?

Dee Elle already said in a prior post expiry is anywhere from 1 month to 10 years. What you get (if you are granted a visa) will depend on your own circumstances.

Do bear in mind that a 10 year expiry only gives you 10 years’ worth of being able to enter the US. (Actually technically not even that as a CBP officer can deny entry if thinks there is reason to). Any individual stay will be limited to usually a maximum of 6 months, sometimes shorter, depending what the CBP officer who admits you judges is appropriate for your circumstances.

End date is the expiration date of the visa. That's the last date the person can travel to the US to request entry. At that time, a US Border Control officer decides how long to authorize that entry; usually 6 months, but could be less.

As said earlier, a visa could be issued for anywhere between a few days or 10 years. It depends on the US embassy issuing the visa and the applicant's individual circumstances.
