Green card recall, still waiting to get back

We sent my wife and stepson green cards back due to the recall, USCIS said it will take two weeks to come back, my wife's green card came back but my stepson's hasn't, it has been over two months now, we have called customer service but they cant tell us anything, they are third party and all they do is just that,answer call but no information, we checked the case status online and all it says is: your case was received at your local office. is anybody else going through the same problem?

No, unfortunately I haven't heard of similar cases. If you don't hear anything and it isn't a huge inconvenience, I'd schedule an InfoPass. It's a huge pain, but you get a more accurate answer faster.

ok, since nobody seems to be in this situation maybe somebody can shed a light about my next question, the case status online, how often does it get updated? lets say that my stepson green card is mailed tomorrow , will the case status update automatically to reflect that?

yes I have same problem ,i sent my green card 3 months ago ,i still  have not received it yer
