CEAC web site is one options and the second options is through CASV https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-br/niv where she scheduled and choose the delivery option. 

8/14/17 --- AOS sent I-485, I-765, I-131

8/16/17 --- AOS Packet received Chicago USCIS Day 0

8/21/17  --- Received email & text notification 

8/23/17  --- Received hard copy of NOA  

9/01/17  --- Biometrics letter notice for I-485 & I-765 & I-131  

9/11/17  --- Biometrics Appointment Done

10/17/17 - Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview

11/30/2017 - EAD/AP Approved
12/01/2017 - Card in Production
12/05/2017 - Received Approval Notice in the Mail
12/06//2017 - Card Mailed (Priority Mail) to Me
12/07/2017 - Card Received 

1/19/18  --- Interview Date 2/21

2/21/18  ---  Approved on the Spot

  • 1 hour after the interview received uscis mobile app alert
  • Status changed from "Interview is scheduled" to "New Card Is Being Produced

2/26/18  --- Received hard copy of NOA for the Green Card

2/26/18  --- USCIS Mobile Status changed to "Card was mailed to me"

2/28/18 --- Permanent Resident/Green Card received :jest:

Ok so I'm a little worried. CEAC says that her application was received and CASV says that her current status is appointment July 10, 2018..... shouldn't this have been updated by now?

Sorry just re-read your question....so it looks like that her application/interview was approved on July 10. Dont freak out, keep in mind that CEAC or CASV doesnt have an automatically update and in many cases it takes two to a month to update. It is all normal.

It is all normal.....in my case I choose to pick up my passport at one of the CASV offices in Sao Paulo, which I thought it was easier, but she might have choosen to be delivered at her place, which can also change the estimate depending on the post office service.

 

So you are completely fine.

I think you’ll only be able to track the package when it is sent, if you chose the option to have it delivered st your home address. You’ll get an email from the website where you registered to schedule your interview when the passport with visa (and package if that’s still a thing) is sent out, the tracking number should be there and then you can track it.

 

I remember I got the email on a Friday and it was actually sent the following Monda, so it may take a while. Mine took 2 weeks or so after interview.

So you are completely fine.

How long took for you passport to arrive at São Paulo CASV after the interview?
