yay congrats! Would you mind sharing your experience of the interview?

Thanks! I just wanna say cases are different and will have different effects and outcomes. For instance, we were Interviewed by the same officer but our interviews were different. The most important thing about this process is, do you have a bonafide relationship? If the answer is yes, then please keep calm and do not worry about nothing. The immigration officer who interviewed us was nice and strict at the same. We had the best interview ever and were approved on the spot. She (the Immigration Officer) saw from our file that we have a bonafide relationship and my interview was just about new evidence to further support my eligibility as well as the 90 yes/no background questions. After which we were handed an approval letter and that’s it. It only took something like 10 minutes and moments later the USCISMYCASE website updated to “New Card Being Produced” as well as a text message and email from USCIS advising a new status on my case. I also did receive my approval letter yesterday and a new status update by text and email from USCIS and USPS Informed Delivery notifying me about  my “USPS picked my card with an expected delivery date for Thursday by 8 pm.

Ok

Can I ask is it professional attire or casual for the interview

Business casual will be just fine. They not very strict on attire but I think dressing business like means business as the name entails...🙂

Sharing our experience of the AOS interview today. Our interview was scheduled at 11am and we got called into the interview room at around 11.30am, which is not too bad as we were prepared to wait. The interviewing officer was quite friendly and seemed pleased with our answers. She first spent time verifying my answers on the form I-485, then asked questions about our relationship while taking notes of our answers. She didn't make it overly formal, but encouraged us to both share. When it came to supporting evidence for our marriage, she asked for the lease, utility bills, insurance evidence, then asked if we had anything else to give her. We offered photos but she didn't even want any, saying we already had loads on the file (these were from the K1 visa though lol). She then said she believed our relationship is bona fide marriage, and described the next steps (final review of the docs, card production, removal of conditions in 2 years etc.). Overall it took about 20 minutes,. I just checked the online case status but it hasn't been updated, and I was told to wait to be notified by mail if nothing changes online.
