no one here is against u

we just know (as u already do / like me) that the new husband will be asked:

1. When did u meet?

2. Where u talking about a relationship when she was still married?

as it is fast to divorce in May and be thinking to remarry (july)

some Co's will look at this as Ghanaians helping to get green cards for others

we r looking at this from a CO embassy viewpoint

u r in for  a hard and long road to a new visa like my 6 year trip

good luck and be ready for the hard questions

I understand u.but I never stated I was going to get married anytime soon.  It was a question that I thought I shd put it out there to listen to different ideas.

I divorced May 1st 2018. When shd I go and marry my fiancé in Ghana 🇬🇭 and file for him?

I am sure many people have mentioned this already, but you need to be well prepared for dealing with the Ghana embassy. It is one of the most difficult embassies in the world to get approved...even for couples with straight fowarded cases. The fact that you just barely go divorced and are already looking to get married may cause you big issues with this embassy. I know of a couple who was denied because they CO questioned how sincere their marriage was since one of them had only been divorced a few months before getting engaged. I am not saying your new relationship isn't real, but I highly recommend you pausing before proceeding. You're going to need a lot of quality evidence to overcome the challenges ahead of you.

even not marrying right away the fact is you are already in a ommitted relationship and the application when sent needs to disclose when and how u met
