I am the beneficiary and my fiance is the petitioner

1) The form requires the mailing address, would it be ok if we put an external address, say, my friend's store's address? Mine didn't work out so well when my fiance tried to send me a gift... I couldn't receive the gift sadly. (regarding why my friend's store, because she applied for google my business couple of months ago and they sent a mail to the address and it worked)

2) (continuation for question 1) The section "Mailing Address for your Beneficiary" has 3 boxes: Apt., Ste. and Flr., however, the address that we used for google didn't include any of them, but the building name (the entire building belongs to them) and there is no section for "building name", what do we do?

3) (same as question 2) The form requires last places I've lived in for the past 5 years, however, there's no place to put the building number or name, what do we do?

4) The form requires to tick "Yes" or "No" to whether I've married before or not, do I need to prove that I haven't been married if we put "No"?

5) (same as question 4)The form requires to tick "Yes" or "No" to whether my fiance has married before or not and whether he has been convicted of anything, do we need to prove anything if we put "No"?

Thank you.

Thank you.

You need to put your physical address. You can always email the consulate as well. I'm not sure if your consulate has an actual packet they send you or an email.

I would put it in the street number. like "123 Elm st Building 1"

If you or your fiance have not been married before you do not have to prove that with the petition. Also if your fiance has never been convicted of a crime he will not have to prove that. They will do background checks.

You will although have to bring a copy of your individual civil record to your interview. Additionally, you will need to bring a police certificate of you to the interview.

I see. My physical address doesn't work, though... :( I'm afraid they might send me something and I wouldn't receive it.

I don't understand what you mean by physical address not working...

No one will send you stuff there if you put in different address for mailing. You can even get a p.o. box for that..

Must be a really good friend if you trust them with important mail.

USCIS needs to know where you live and where the future immigrant will stay.

My fiance (who lives in the US) sent me a gift couple of months ago to my physical address, I didn't receive it although I made 100% sure that the address is correct.

So based on one mailing mistake you decided that your physical address is broken? Damn, I can't count how many mailing issues I had in my life but it's just courier/postal mistakes... It happens.

Your physical address needs to be on the paperwork. Mailing address can be whatever you want.

From my understanding it is the beneficiary that is asking this question.

You still need to put your real address in 12a address history. You can put whatever mailing address you like in 11a. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Beirut uses email to contact? Or if not you can always email them. Once your case status is "ready" you can email the consulate for your interview.

Yes but my fiance has to put my physical address and the mailing address in I-129F. So, I can use a friend's store's address as a mailing one and my own address as the (obviously) the physical one?

I edited my last comment. Put your mailing address in 11a. Put your physical address in 12a.

Thank you.

Po box is good for mailing address.  I can't believe any building does not have a street address, however for the Apt,  Ste, Flr, those are ADDITIONAL address delegations.  I don't have any of those,  just write N/A on each of those three I I had done.    To get the address, bring up google maps and find that building, then click on street view and it will show the street and address.

As for being married,  it depends on which country the beneficiary is from.  In the Philippines, even if you were never married, you STILL need to get a "Certificate of Non Marriage" from the government.  (CENOMAR).  It is required by the US Embassy to process your I-129.  Your case may be different.  And generally, the US don't care if the petitioner has some sort of record, only the beneficiary.  Beneficiary will also need their government history of any criminal acts and even if none, you need the paperwork from that country.  All this paperwork will be needed for your interview, so make copies of everything for your 129.  Once the 129 is approved, then it's round up time for all the stuff before your physical and interview.  Best of luck!!
