case was received at my local office

There was a green card recall  to correct (resident since) date,USCIS sent the letters and envelopes for us to return my wife's and my stepson  green cards to be corrected;the letter stated the will take up to two weeks for them to return them corrected,my wife's green card came back but my stepson's has not, it has been 2 month already and nothing; We have called customers service but they can not tell us anything because they are a third party hired by USCIS (useless); when we check the case status in the USCIS page it shows that is was received at my local office;has anybody here goin through the same issue? any advice about what to do next?

I have the same thing. It was received by local office today. My i-485 based on asylum. I am sitting here wondering what will happen next. They sent me a letter so lets see when it arrives...
