Also the line he crossed out in his presentation to the media said:

So basically he didn't want to say anyone involved in meddling during the election will be brought to Justice. Along with his pathetic attempt to correct his statement at the summit and then immediately contradicted himself just makes him look even more of an idiot.

   Most research shows that spelling doesn't correlate at all with intelligence. It can make it more difficult to get your point across though. At some point, if your spelling is bad enough, it can give the appearance of not being intelligent.
