Preparing documents after NOA2

Hello there fellow VJers!

From January filer  group here!  So obviously with the current processing time we are still patiently waiting for our NOA2 ( new site : 08 Jan ; new site 10  Jan )  Now my fiance and I are gathering the documents in advance just in case our turn comes.  

So our question is, my fiance's employer has outside vendor who does and generate their certificate of employment.  Hence the letter is system generated ( not printed in company's letterhead and says signed electronically).  

Any input / advise if this would affect our application later on?

It should not.  Some employers do in fact use a third party for their employment verification process.  And good luck!

It is fine. Verification of employment is a supporting document. Tax return and w2 matters the most.

So a system generated is totally fine as long as you have the tax return and w2.
