Hi I'm planning to move to United Arab emarate I m us citizen I would like to know if my husband filled tax separately ill not have any problem and any tax I should pay Ill not have any job or business only my husband will work    2 since I'm having 2 kids they will be included in my husband's tax 3 what is better filling jointly or separately ? Because under fatca law I should be asked for tax and there will be high penality for any delay and passport ban so I need help

Oath Ceremony 3/21/17--Joan is a US Citizen!

Dual Citizenship 7/7/22 Joan is now a Dual US/Filipino Citizen!
