Ok Obviously most replies will be “have fun!” while my fiancé is with me in the USA I know lol, but seriously and maybe I’m over thinking it but I wanted to ask any ideas other than “have fun” and “take pictures” ?

I have been to Bolivia three times this year (twice a few months before I filed the I-129 in May) and once after (total three trips so far to Bolivia), now she is here in Florida with me for two weeks and I have three more additional trips planned to go to Bolivia before years end.

Interesting she did mentioned the CBP at Miami airport ask questions about us, where she is staying, how we meet etc. They gave her a six month allowance to be here on her B2 visa but she will only stay two weeks and go back to Bolivia then I’ll go there three more times before 2019.

thanks VJ friends

oh yeah Bolivia has always stamp my passport at the Santa Cruz airport and Miami stamped her passport. I did I notice the I 94 was updated with her Miami entry.

Uhm.  Don't understand what kind of advice you're expecting?

Go out for dinner? Fool around? Show her around her future home?

Doubt you can do anything official like putting her on your bank accounts or lease. Some places require at least ssn for that.

The only thing I can think of to do now while waiting is her get her docs, birth, criminal (there is no criminal btw), immunization etc

what is everyone’s best quests when I get the NOA2 (assuming no RFE’s) and interview? I think I did a good job on the I 129F but as we all know it’s a lot and to be honest I filled it out with the best info we have.

Hi,

You can open a Savings account with just her passport and a valid credit card from her country (if she brought one with her). I did so when I came on vacation with my B2 to visit my husband when he filed for CR1 visa. I was not questioned by CPB in Miami, it was more like "I really don't know how people can handle long distance relationships. Best of luck to you guys and enjoy your vacation while it lasts!" The CBP officer was a young guy and he seemed genuinely intrigued by the situation.

Same thing happened when my husband (then boyfriend) visited me in Trinidad, the officer at Trinidad's airport asked him if we are filing, he just told her "not at this time but soon because I can't let a gem like that go." ^_^

Thanks Amalia, that sounds like good advise, although our relationship is very real and I lover her and not to mention she is going back until we get approval to marry in the USA wouldn’t setting up a savings account look like she is staying in the USA.? We are following the rules and have no problem doing so I just want this process over so we can start our lives together! Thanks

No. It would just show joint finances.

When my fiance still had her visitor visa before her final interview in Morocco where they canceled it, we could not add her to my bank account even though she had a SSN.

I am a naturalized US citizen waiting my Moroccan fiancee's i129f visa. Applied Feb 2017. She has been in AP since Oct 2017

*UPDATE* Fiancee received i-129f visa and returned passport Nov 2018. 411 days of AP.

That depends on the bank though. Some require green card at least.
