Hi,

I am an american citizen, my husband is currently on H-1B which will expire 2009. I will apply for his I-130, I-485, I-765. My question is...

1. He did some very short part time jobs that has a W-2. Should we write it down on G-325A? Will this be an issue since the part time job was not related to his H-1B?

2. Anybody had a similar situation?

3. Will it bring up a red flag that he had a part time job aside from his H-1 job?

Any thoughts will be so helpful.

Thank you.
